E911… start to finish! VIXXI Solutions is using the disruptive technologies of the Internet itself – IP, SIP, and VoIP – to re-configure the delivery of emergency calls to the appropriate PSAP. Our E911 service solutions cover the entire 911 process beginning with service order processing, ALI updates, MSAG management, geo-spatial lookup, call routing, and ending with the provision to the PSAP of precise location and emergency service information. In addition, VIXXI’s patented hardware solutions provide a comprehensive VoIP answer for both the small and large PSAP.

VIXXI, a partner of the NENA Next Generation E9-1-1 Program, works with public safety and communication industry leaders to assist in the formation of nationwide 911 policies, and was just awarded the 2007 Internet Telephony Product of the Year.
