VIXXI-711 allows all VIXXI customers to immediately comply with recent FCC guidelines, as well as granting further functionality for those with disabilities. Our solution is designed to enable those in the deaf, speech impaired, and hearing impaired community complete access to VoIP functionality. VIXXI-711 is an unbundled element of VIXXI-Link.
Deaf relay centers can accommodate connections to VoIP via 10 digit, EG200 or via trunking into the PBX. VIXXI-711 utilizes the existing VIXXI Network to complete 711 calls by creating a new 7-1-1 database and boundary file which is updated quarterly and covers the U.S., Canada and Puerto Rico.
